Studio Bookings And Events
Booking deposits, event tickets and studio sessions are reviewed case by case. Timing, availability, cancellation reason and payment-provider rules may affect whether a refund is possible.
Memberships And Sponsorships
VIP memberships and sponsorships can be reviewed by the team. Cancelling future billing does not automatically refund past access or already delivered advertising unless agreed separately.
